Congrats Justine. As a huge fan, I always used to relish getting up early or staying up until the middle of the night to watch your non-US matches live – no doubt I'll try to find a live stream of your match tonight. My heart was broken when you retired, and the WTA has suffered much since then. Here's to a successful run over the next several years!

yes Jayne womens tennis became a yo-yo see-saw game after she left, and i totally lost interest. there was no one i admired. Justine is just such an exciting amazing player and there is so much to admire in her! i've long been waiting for her to come play on our shores…maybe one fine day now let's hope she goes on to greater heights! have you seen her new official website?? it's way cool!!!

Yes SO GOOD to have her back Hebe! I just about gave up on womens tennis 20 months ago, it was a sad day…and weeks and months that followed! now we can celebrate Justine!!

I so agree with you Aileene – Women's tennis lost its lustre for me when Justine retired at her peak! I'm thrilled to watch her back on the court, she is just amazing!!!!

allez allez Juju!! it's a dream come true to see you back in action, you have no idea how sad it was when you announced your retirement and now you are back!!! i hoped against hope…truly just kept hoping and now, you go get them girl!!!

Getting a players autograph is difficult at the best of times, but the behavior of one father after the double match featuring Roddick & Blake on Wednesday night was downright disgusting (even Andy told him to stop pushing everyone-little kids included- and shoving the giant tennis ball in his face as he would get to him in time.) He got a signature; I didn't because the “grandma” was there too to protect his back and stop anyone else getting near Andy until this man had his signature and then they could both leave. What makes it worse is that he sends his young daughter into the melee to get near the front with the other kids, then he (& grandma) pushes through everyone else, takes the ball off his daughter and proceeds to shove in the players' faces. People like this should be removed to give the honest fan who is willing to wait for the player to get to them, a fair go. Sorry Andy, we Queenslander's aren't all that rude. Hope you come back next year.

Justine has returned and with her the nail-biting matches. It made me sooo nervous when she was trailing 0-2 in both sets.
Good luck and it doesn't matter my nerves as long as you win each match.
