What was the highlight from your off season?

Just being at home and seeing all my friends and family. It was really important for me as the year is very busy and you’re travelling all around the world.

What’s on your iPod?

Hard to say, some hits from Bruno Mars and Rihanna.

The last movie that you watched?

A French movie, “Casse-tete Chinois”

Do you have any superstitions?

The routine? I have some superstitions while I’m playing – the same shower, the same toilet, the same routine pretty much [every] post-match … It’s not a lot about hours of practice, it’s really the routine – all that stuff, taking care of yourself. And having a shower, I might even wait if someone else is using my shower!

If you could borrow a shot from another player, what would it be and why?

The slice backhand of Roger Federer, definitely.

If you could have a superpower what would it be?

Healing power.

What’s your ideal date night?

I’m more romantic, like a restaurant or a movie or just walking around. I love Paris, Paris is my favourite city and it sounds like a love city.

Apart from tennis racquets, what would we find in your tennis bag?

Some sporty stuff, like elastics, outfit and some girly stuff as well, like cream.

If you could trade places with anybody else in the world for one day, who would it be and why?

I’m pretty much enjoying and loving what I’m doing in my life … Maybe something completely different from a tennis player, like an actor. I love Julia Roberts

Goals for the 2014 season?

Just try to be healthy. That’s something that’s very important for me and all of us. Tennis is getting much more physical, right from the first week to the last week of the season … I would love to get some titles – doubles or singles!
