Bookings can be made in person at Ticketek agencies across Australia and New Zealand.
How to get there
Road closures: King Arthur Terrace will be closed between Soft Stone Street and Fairfield Road from Friday 31 December 2010 until Sunday 9 January 2011. Please note only authorised vehicles are permitted access to King Arthur Terrace between these points during these dates.
Disabled car parking
There is very limited car parking available for patrons with blue label disabled car parking stickers. This car parking must be pre-booked before the event by calling the Brisbane International on (07) 3120 7930. A blue label disabled car park sticker is required for all bookings and must be displayed on the car with the Brisbane International parking pass at all times to avoid parking fines.
Access information
If you are attending with someone who has difficulty walking, the best solution to access the site is to utilise the free taxi shuttle for elderly and disabled patrons from Yeerongpilly train station.
Disabled access to the event will be through the corporate entry via ramps on the side of the main entry stairwell.

Pat Rafter Arena – Reserved Seats
Seating is available for:
- patrons using wheelchairs
- patrons with limited mobility
- patrons who require the use of a hearing loop.
The Queensland Tennis Centre offers wheelchair friendly seating on the main level of the stadium.
If you do not require a wheelchair space, please advise the seller at the time of booking to discuss the best seating option.
Accompanying carer/patron
If you are purchasing a wheelchair space every effort will be made to allocate you a carer seat next to this space.
Additional seats may be ordered at the time of booking, subject to availability and ticket limits, and every effort will be made to allocate these extra seats as close as possible to the disability seats.
Ground Passes
Accessible seating is available for all show courts; but cannot be reserved. Staff will direct you to designated areas within these courts. These seats are subject to availability.
Companion Cards
Companion Cards are accepted at the Brisbane International.
If a companion card ticket is required, then the companion card must be presented at the time of booking and also carried with the disabled person when attending the Brisbane International.
