GETTING THERE

Limited car parking is available for patrons with an Australian Disability Parking Permit (ADPP). Bookings are essential and permits must be obtained prior to parking at the venue. Both ADPP and Brisbane International passes must be displayed in your vehicle. Bookings and information can be obtained by contacting the Brisbane International office at [email protected]
* Please note: there is no drop off location at the front of the Queensland Tennis Centre.
VENUE INFORMATION
All areas of the Queensland Tennis Centre are accessible by either ramp or lift. Disabled toilets and parent rooms are available at various locations around the precinct.
All outside courts at the venue have space allocated for accessible viewing (wheelchairs, walking frames etc), non-reserved. Whilst prams are not permitted in seating areas, space for pram parking (unmonitored) is allocated nearby.
Where possible, patrons with crutches should book accessible seats. When this is not an option, where possible, crutches should not be taken into seating areas. Venue staff are on hand to assist patrons with mobility issues within the seating areas of all courts.
Service animals are permitted within the precinct.
PAT RAFTER ARENA
The Queensland Tennis Centre offers accessible seating on the concourse level of Pat Rafter Arena. If you are purchasing a wheelchair space you can also purchase a carer seat next to this space. If you do not require a wheelchair space, please advise the seller at the time of booking to discuss the best seating option.
Seating is available for:
- patrons using wheelchairs
- patrons with limited mobility
- patrons who require the use of a hearing loop.
Accompanying Carer & Companion Card
If you are purchasing a wheelchair space every effort will be made to allocate you a carer seat next to this space. Additional seats may be ordered at the time of booking, subject to availability and ticket limits, and every effort will be made to allocate these extra seats as close as possible to the accessible seats.
Companion Cards are accepted at the Brisbane International. If a Companion Card ticket is required, then the companion card must be presented at the time of booking and also carried with the patron with a disability when attending Brisbane International.
For more information about the Companion Card program in Queensland please call the Companion Card information line on 13 74 68 or visit the Queensland Companion Card website – www.communities.qld.gov.au.
